There is not a single management skill more critical to your personal and professional success than learning to delegate.
This session will shift your mindset. No longer will you see outsourcing as a cost. Rather you will discover how delegation is a powerful and sustainable means by which to grow your business.
Delegating successfully is much more than simply handing out assignments. It is an exercise in understanding and accepting our own strengths and limitations.
In this workshop we will talk through processes and strategies for delegating effectively, and provide some resources about where to look for different kinds of support.
We will discuss the steps required to delegate well, including what work can/should be delegated, trialling providers to ensure the best fit for your business, setting clear performance standards and monitoring outcomes.
Finding the right support is critical. In this session we’ll explore the different types of support you can engage in your business. We’ll look at where to find these resources, how to make best use of them and how to monitor their success.
The session will include the use of worksheets to help people identify their strengths and where they add the most value and how to decide what work could be delegated or outsourced.
